Stewardship & Social Planning Committee

Stewardship is a way of life – a way of thanking God for all His blessing by returning a portion of our time, talent and treasure gifted to us by God.

The message of stewardship to all parishioners should be: welcoming, hospitable, caring, accountable, and give parishioners a sense of ownership, regardless of their cultural background.

Another important function of stewardship includes fundraising.  Everyone has a gift or gifts, and the Stewardship Committee looks for ways to involve all parishioners; utilizing everyone’s gifts to accomplish a common goal.  Parishioners are encouraged to look at the various ministries available in the parish and see how, where and when they might share their gifts of time, talent, and treasure.  Luke 6:38.
